Summer solstice

Today we celebrate the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. The summer solstice has a whole load of traditions celebrated in a variety of ways as we welcome long sunny summer days.

Sun is the giver of heat and life. It powers our solar system, drives our climate here on earth. We have become accustomed to see how solar panels can be used to harvest energy to heat our home, generate electricity and many other applications.
